Payment Instructions and Refund Policy


Please note that course registration/software activation will be processed only upon receipt of payment. A confirmation letter will be sent to you by email within 3 business days after receipt of payment.

 

Payment Options

We accept the following payment options:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Bank Draft and Cheque Payment

  • Credit Card


Bank Transfer (TT or Wired Transfer)

This is the preferred method of payment. Currencies in Australian Dollar, Canadian Dollar, US dollar, Euro and Sterling Pound can be transferred directly without conversion.


Bank Draft and Cheque Payment

International Bank Drafts & Cheques should be drawn on a bank in Singapore. Payment should be made in Singapore dollars. Cheques should be crossed and made payable to "WebCorr Corrosion Consulting Services". Please indicate the quotation/invoice number (if available) or the course/software title and your full name on the back of the cheque. Mail your cheque to:

Cancellation and Refund Policy
 

Classroom/In-Person Courses  Any cancellation or request for replacement for in-house training, on-site training, and publicly scheduled courses (classroom/in-person) should be conveyed to WebCorr in writing (email or fax). An administration charge of 50% of the course fee will be levied if the cancellation notice is received at least 7 days before the course commencement date. No refund will be given for any cancellation notice received 6 days or less before the commencement date. No refunds will be given for no-shows. Should WebCorr find it necessary to cancel a course, paid registrants will receive a full refund. The refund of fees is the full extent of WebCorr's liability in these circumstances.

 

Instructor-Led Live Online Courses  Any cancellation or request for replacement for instructor-led live online courses through ZOOM, Webex, or Microsoft Teams should be conveyed to WebCorr in writing (email or fax). An administration charge of 50% of the course fee will be levied if the cancellation notice is received at least 7 days before the course commencement date. No refund will be given for any cancellation notice received 6 days or less before the commencement date. No refunds will be given for no-shows. Should WebCorr find it necessary to cancel a course, paid registrants will receive a full refund. The refund of fees is the full extent of WebCorr's liability in these circumstances.

 

Self-Paced Online Courses  Any cancellation or request for replacement for self-paced online courses should be conveyed to WebCorr in writing (email or fax). An administration charge of 10% of the course fee will be levied if the cancellation notice is received at least 7 days before the course commencement date. An administration charge of 20% of the course fee will be levied for any cancellation notice received 6 days or less before the commencement date, but before the username and password for accessing the online course are sent out by email. No refunds will be given after the username and password are sent out by email.

 

Distance-Learning Courses and Trainer's Package (PowerPoint Slides and Test Banks for Trainers/Instructors/University Lecturers and Professors)  Cancellation should be conveyed to WebCorr in writing (email or fax). An administration charge of 20% of the fee will be levied if the cancellation notice is received before the username and password for downloading the course materials/training packages are sent out by email. No refunds will be given after the username and password are sent out by email.

 

Corrosion Software Licenses  Cancellation should be conveyed to WebCorr in writing (email or fax). An administration charge of 20% of the fee will be levied if the cancellation notice is received before the username and password for accessing the corrosion prediction software are sent out by email. No refunds will be given after the username and password are sent out by email.

Note: Any request for cancellation, replacement, or refund described above should be conveyed to WebCorr in writing (by email or fax) within 180 days from the date of payment. There will be no cancellation, replacement, or refund of any kind after 180 days from the date of payment.
